International Corporate Associate - Beijing
Position: The Beijing office is seeking an international associate with substantial experience in corporate, mergers & acquisitions and private equity matters.
Company: This elite international law firm ranks among Vault's Top 50 most prestigious firms, and associates overwhelmingly give the firm high marks. The firm's numerous awards include Global Law Firm of the Year (Chambers Global 2006 and 2007), Asia Law Firm of the Year (Chambers Global 2005 and 2006), and Best Financial Law Firm (FinanceAsia Awards 2005 and 2006). The Beijing office specializes in corporate, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and strategic investment, both in and out of China.
Requirements: Candidates must have three to four years of post-qualification experience in corporate, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Candidates must also be qualified to practice in England and Wales, Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction, as well as have strong managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
