Junior-Level Corporate Finance Lawyer - Hong Kong

Position: The Hong Kong office is seeking a junior-level corporate finance lawyer with practical experience handling mergers & acquisitions, I.P.O.s and corporate finance matters.

Requirements: Candidates must possess excellent English and Mandarin language skills. Candidates with Singapore or Hong Kong qualifications are preferred, and those with work experience at sizable international law firms are at an advantage.
